Formula 1000 rally car air intake/output

Im competing in the junior 1000 championship and am now looking to improve the air intake (mainly) on my 1.0 litre k11 micra, just wondering if anybody had any suggestions on how to improve the air intake or output (exhaust only)

Intake would probably best be a GA16 airbox and filter with a cold air feed pipe. Or a K&N filter and cold air feed.

Exhaust would benefit with a 4-2-1 manifold and removal of the second cat (if you have one / if it's allowed)

check out the legendary Ebbdudes thread particularly with the improved stock inlet mani on page 4 post 175

If youve a spare £320 ring up matt humphris and buy his group a rally airbox. I had this and i would probs say its the best micra induction setup you can get
