flywheel

I am looking to lighten my flywheel but i have been told i need to give the whole bottom end which includes new clutch, crank, flywheel, bottom pully and all the bolts so they can balance the whole bottom end. Is this a bit much or can you just do the fly wheel alone?

I am near Peterbrough and would also like to know if there is a place near me that can do just the flywheel for a good price?

you can do just the fly, if you do decide to balance the whole lot and get rid of the rev limiter then you could rev your car much higher and safely

The K10 has no rev limiter

And of course you can just balance the flywheel even though it is recommended to balance the flywheel inclunding the crankshaft and clutch... but I think it doesn't matter for a micra

Any one know of a good place near me? really eager to get it running again!! I think ill end up getting an adjustable revlimiter foir it. Thanks for the advice (Y)
