Hi everyone!

I'm luke, from Peterborough and I drive a face lift k11

some pictures from the eBay ad...

you may have seen my micra on the forums Facebook page as well as on the retro rides forum.


Anyway, here's how it all started...

I snapped this little beauty up back in June/July sort of time, here are the pictures from the eBay ad...

I'm aware that it needs a little more taken off the back, that'll come when I can be arsed haha

Next came an exhaust mock up...

Nothing really happened for a while, until I got this in the post...

Which is yet to be fitted because I need to sort out a boss

Again nothing happened for some time, so I just took some random pictures...

Then again nothing more happened for what seemed like forever, until a set of ats classics were bought to my attention, so I made an enquiry...



My calm reply...

I managed to try the wheels out the following Sunday, which was to no avail. As my studs were too short, so I went home, ordered a longer set of studs and on their arrival, got them fitted ASAP!

Here's how they looked...

Pretty ridiculous in my opinion, so as soon as possible, I shot back down and got the wheels fitted.

Here's how they looked (unsettled suspension)

I soon realised that my wheel nuts were pretty much shot, so they were next to be swapped after a steady drive home.

Here's how it looked once the suspension had settled (still waiting for the new wheel nuts to arrive)

After a neighbour watched me fit my new wheel nuts, he sold me this corsa b setup which I haven't fitted yet...

And whilst I'm waiting for parts to be delivered I've just been out enjoying the micra...

I'm gunna remove the bumpstrips tomorrow with any luck, thanks again for your help with that bud!

As for the arch gap, my friend mr A. Grinder is coming round to help address the issue

yeh when it happened to me i felt like getting rid of my car (corsa coilies - very good if the rd surface remains constantly,,,,,,,,,,,FLAT

Nah I do like to think about mods from time to time and I think 1 coil max all the way round will do the trick, what do you guys think?

Got some goodies through the post today!

A 20cm matte black sunstrip and a luke tow strap (just in case I forget my name )



How the heck do I fit the tow strap? :O

^ With great difficulty :L

2 bolts underneath the tow hook then another 3 going up from that, last one is a pig to get to you can only move spanner about 1/100th every time :L

Alright guys? I'm SERIOUSLY considering fitting bike carbs to my micra, reasoning is as follows...

1. More power increase
2. The looks
3. The sound
4. The increased throttle response

Now, so far I have sourced a manifold, some r6 carbs, one fuel regulator and a Bosch wideband o2 sensor.

What else do I need?
