Explain these coilovers!

Hello all. After a few months of waiting my coilover set from Furyautoworx finally arrived! However I can't figure out what's going on with them. They are said to come with rear bc racing springs yet there are none in the box and include this interesting setup for the front. Can anyone debunk what is going on here?

There's two separate springs on the front and no sign of rears....

Stacked springs in series just allows for more adjustment. You can tweak the threshold as to when the secondary spring comes into play.

Sounds like your missing parts. Double check your order then call them...?

Sorry for the time gap, rear springs have been sorted and are on the way. the fronts are relatively comfortable considering they're maxed out. I'll have to update once the correct rear springs are in cos the cut ones are jarrring.....
