Ebay stuff, is it worth it?

Hey guys, so i'm new onto this forum but i've been looking for a couple of things for my 1.3 facelift k11, found 3 things that i'm interested in,

hi nigel the mani is poor hp/pound when compared to a 100 quid stainless steel sr20 one

body kits are a bit 90,s imo
and suzuki or matiz springs are a better option than cutting imo

You could probably get a better manifold elsewhere that'll give more power per pound.
If it's just basic micra lowering springs you're after, i'd recommend those P.I ones as they're what i'm using atm, but if you want more lows and are willing to spend a bit more, i'd go for 50 or 60mm ones from here > Humphris Oxford
