So my '97 SR with ABS has a "knock" on the front passenger side! It knocks when I move off and change gear due to the loading and unloading of the drive!
I recently just changed the engine so I could have left something loose, any ideas?
Are the driveshafts universal from all K11 models, base level to the top SR with the added ABS?
The knock seems to be from the driver side but I did notice my CV boot was loose, infact it's come off but not burst the rubber, so could the knock be travelling through the gearbox and sounds like the passenger side?
Is it possible the universal joint on the driveshaft is loose and knocking back and forth within itself?
Any help really appreciated
