Double Din

The new car has one of these stupid double din things so my current HU is of no use to me so gving it to the missus anyhoo

i was thinking does anyone know where i can get a decent double din HU? Not a grotesque one either and not for silly money i.e. £700

I would prefer one with fvf player and screen built in if at all possible but mp3 and cd should be cool too? cant seem to find any on CAD although im sure i have sen them in the past

YOu can get DIN blankers, so you fit your stereo and a blanker, even seen ones that are pull out cup holders

hmmm...interesting, still would be cool to have in dash all in one, seen a few on ebay for close to £400

They arnt very good tbh. Might as well get a single din unit, then an extra unit with pop-out screen. Probably works out the same price too.....

Seriously, because so few are made/wanted they are very overpriced for what you get

You could get an awesome normal unit then something else for the spare space!!!

Edit: That Pioneer unit is sweet, but its £840! :glance:
