De-cat gains?

Got a 2002 1.0 k11. Will using a de-cat pipe give any BHP gains, but more importantly for me any MPG gains?

Not really, due to the fact the stock manifold is pretty restricted, and general gains on a 1ltr coil pack and minimal

There's some data on it I believe if you search, worse is smashing out the cat , that just makes noise really , backbox doesn't seem to do much most in a decent intake (not a pod filter on the throttle body) but may want to look it as there is Dyno ect on it all

Also makes it illegal to drive on the road, all the risk with no gains.
