Coil Pack Heads The Same?

In a nut shell I have a 1.4 SE K11 and want to buy a spare head and Port and Polish it, and bolt it on my daily,

Struggling to find another 1.4 Coil Pack head, but can get a 1.0 easily, are they the same? Valves etc all the same? Camshafts I assume are different (Shall be going rally cams anyway so irrelevant)

the later coilpack heads have shimless buckets and longer valvestems, but yes all interchangeable

got a full cga3de engine , box and aux with 68k
main bearings are worn causing a rumble when running but other then that the engine is fine , cams ect are good 85quid durham
