i know hardley anything about the carb, but i know that it was off of a 1.3 mini, but previously it was a standard fit to the (i think) 1.3 fiestas and escorts, there is marking on the carb which i have already stated, i havent a clue what model or type it is,

I got it for my micra k10 but never got around to fitting it

In this photo, could you tell me what it says in the centre of the carb and anything else that's stamped on it? There should be a DC number..or somat like that...lol! cheers

Probably only part of the number, thing is that they made so many different carbs......

I did find out what the Carb is from that number (Y) http://www.gowerlee.dircon.co.uk/TLDMtype.html

So the next thing to do is find 'what' car it fits

NB: Carburettor reference (stamped on flange)

91BF-AB
A 2000

they are the only other numbers on there.
