Chirping now costant squeaking ( p s belt ? )

Evening gang recon im right but need a second opinion a chirping/squeal started aroud 6 months ago when parking up car ie turning wheel (only) got worse and longer before stopping but now its all the time none stop through entire commute , driving me nuts and the wife wont use the car !!! Recon its the power steering belt that needs replacing Er am i right and is it and easy fix any tips hoping a case off slacking off some bolts etc etc , all opinios appreciated thanks Sef
