Changing Bulbs!! Help!

How do I get the darn connector off the bulb? It's on really tight, the connector wont budge, only the bulb moves.

Any tips?

EDIT: Got them off in the end, sprayed WD40 round the connector, and 5min and a few numb fingers afterwards, it popped off.

it will help get a response next time if you post up what bulb connector your trying to remove

Hehe, Ooops! forgot about that. Just shows what happens if your in a rush. Well it was a H4 connector for the headlight bulb. Now i've got 2 lovely Osram Silverstars connected.
