Changing a sidelight

There is a fair chance that this is relatively simple to solve and I'm just being very, very dense but I've wracked my brains, looked through the owners manual and used the search function and i'm stuck. Please be gentle.

Basically the passenger side sidelight is off and changing the bulb is troublesome. It's not actually housed under the rubber seal that the headlight is, it's sitting by itself and, very annoyingly, only an inch or two from a metal beam meaning I don't have a lot of room to work with.

I've been pulling and tugging at the back of it and it wont budge. I can see the bulb wiggling inside the headlight but that's all it's doing. I've got a V reg Micra (am I right in thinking that would be a facelift version?).

Is there a knack to removing the bulb or am I just either very weak or very thick?

Many thanks.

Just twist anti-clockwise and pull out the bulb holder, the buld itself will just pull out. Put it all back in reverse! EASYfwn
