CGA3DE with a CG10DE Head?

Basically I'm wanting to put the bigger 1.3 or 1.4 engine into my 1999 1.0 Dizzy car.

It's a dizzy so I know the CG13DE drops straight in but they seem hard to come by so I was just wondering if I did come accross a decent CGA3DE I'd be able to take the head off my CG10DE and it would all work OK?

Or would I need a tune
