CG10DE to CR12DE

Hi Folks,

best mate has got a K12 with the CR10DE lump, i say lump as it is knackered now. Is it possible to fit the later CR12DE engine. I have heard that they bolt straight in without even having to swap out the ECU but would like someone to confirm this if at all possibel.
