CD Player -Help-

Okay, I want to change my radio as atm it is a cassette player,

I was wondering will this CD player fit into my K11 1998 okay?

I have also bought this ISO wiring harness as ive read this is needed because micra's are crazy and not normal wiring

yeah that looks fine. All cd players are the same unless its a double din, which that is not. as long as you have the wiring adaptor and the airal adaptor you should be good to go

Will that wiring harness be okay

or will i need to buy an arieal adapter also?

yeah that will be fine, you need a airal adator to connect it so it earths the cd player otherwise it wont work, I know from experience

even if you try and earth it through the ariel it still wont be powerful enough so split the black wire and re connect them togeather with a 3rd wire coming off so you can use and existing screw off the standard cd player to earth it i can get a pic tomorrow if its better

I cut mine up and rewired it with quality cabling to a cd player... if you notice the cables nissan use for stereo and speakers are the thinest awg grade. for quality sound good cables are needed..

but it will suffice whats there anyway.

Mine does'nt need the aerial plugged in, I have an adpator and it is currently plugged in but for a while it was'nt and all was working grand.

Yes, that's the aerial adapter you will need.

Also sold at Halfords and car/audio shops if you are in a hurry.
