Cat bolt snapped!

Hi guys so the other day one if my cat bolts holding the cat to the down pipe snapped and it's half left in there. Best way to get it out?

Could drill it out?

I never bothered. I think I only had 2 bolts holding my cat to the manifold.

Ah mate it's at the end where there's only 2 bolts with the springs?! Ha

I hit a brick in the road with the exhaust which made it snap

Has it seized? Drilling could still be done.

Once it's out just replace with a suitable bolt with washers

It seems pretty solid. Although that is with limited access on the car I will have a better idea of it when I have it off the car
