Cant unlock my boot, HELP please.

At the weekend i installed a sub in my boot, very loud and highly recomended!!!!

My boot worked fine up until the point when i turned my sub up rather loud and now i cant open it.

Does anyone have any suggetions please?

Or if that doesn't work, go through the back seats, remove the inside panel on the boot and that should give you access to the lock mechanism. I've never tried, but maybe you can unlock it like that?

no need to remove the boot panel. just flick the notch protruding from under the mechanism seen from inside. the boot cable release mechanism fitted on some k11s flicks this notch to open the boot.

i would bang it shut if i could open it!!!!!

no from where it is, try banging it in the shut direction, to see if the catch is stuck, if you jolt it, it might un jam.
