Camshaft timing?

So can someone please check whether these cams are correctly timed?

This is at TDC. The crank pointer is pointing at the second notch from the left on the crank pulley.

I have got very mixed reviews. Some one said the exhaust cam is advanced. Someone said the chain is completely in the wrong position. Had a few say it is correctly timed. By Frank's method, the cams are at 10 o clock and 2 o clock, seem okay to me?

thanks. a few people mentioned on the facebook groups about the timing chain being really slack. I thought that would give the classic timing chain rattle, especially on startup, but mine is nice and quiet.

that slack is normal ihtisham, the top tensioner is a combined manual and hydraulic type
the lower one is hydraulic only
