So pickup up some cheap wheels and tyres. Toyo proxes two are near brand-new , at a bike jumble £55 So fitted them cause why not. And weirdly the suspension knock has gone? Somthing that plagued the car for a while but I'm wondering if it cause the profile, as the 14s are pretty big chubby tyres tbh, Tho I had it just kiss the arch lastnight :/ New handbrake cables came as the old ones were stretched but the n/s seized and I went from42/5 mpg to 35/6 and struggling to maintain 60/70mpg , now it cruises effortlessly once again :) But some bad news The inside of the sills look to have got some damp build up inside , guessing from the sills are always cold and possible weather over the years and have started to rust the. From the inside, tho solid and surface rust I'm not happy so going to just replace the lot , save the problems + I'm not happy with the driver's side And the rear floor , even know was sealed ect still seems damp has got in , + a mixture of corrosion and a reaction?, Either way this will be sorted as not happy and will cause problems if left so will be sorted , Both are very common and chillies Hayle of the k11 so see what happens possibly June a second revamp, and maybe some OEM side skirts or along that line, But paint and some parts are comming to their end of their service life really which will happen at some time or another , + my mistake I did do , tho as said this car was abit of a experiment , for my pickup Cause I don't want it to end up like this again , tho I'm hoping to have her on the road which may be time bumblebee gets sorted hopefully :) Sent from my moto g(6) using Micra Sports Club mobile app
