Bosch MAF Problem

Hi. My MAF sensor has given up the ghost. The engine runs fine with it unplugged but it can barely climb the hill home with it plugged in.

Question is...

Nissan Bosch MAF is part no. F00C2G2061
I have seen plenty of others on eBay for various BMW, Audi etc identical to look at and same part number except for the last two digits. They will fit as they have identical dimensions.

What is the difference between them?

They all have a set measuring range, so if you use a different one it will have different settings with regards the ECU. I suggest you get the correct one.
