Hi, just wanted to see if any one else was having this problem or if its just me... also, any help would be appreciated!
I have recently got a k11 and when I close the boot, I have to really slam it to get it to catch.
Ive tried dropping it then applying pressure, and also just dropping it, but it doesnt work, it needs to be slammed.
The previous owner has backed the car into something and theres a dent in the boot lid and the rear bumper, nothing serious, but I thought this may be playing a part in it.
I think this may also be a factor relating to the bump, but the rubber knobby bits (if someone knows their real name, please tell me!) that are like cushions on the boot frame, well they look gubbed!
I wana know if this is just my car, or if all K11s are like this.
Its only my 2nd car, the first was a Mondeo hatchback, and that boot closed in complete silence without any hassle.
