Another option is colour coding the bump strips on your bumper, then doing the same for the ones on the doors or remove them completely. Gives the car a cleaner look. For the grill just sand and paint

Yes. These have been around the block over the years on quite a few Micra's off these forums. They're very good quality from Germany iirc. Not the usual fibreglass types.
