I have a Lucas battery on my K11. A condition colour indicator reads as green correct when it is charged. It always starts after a 1/2 turn at any sort of speed.
Recently the battery has started to go flat if lights/ignition etc are left on for even a few minutes. This I thought pointed to the battery losing charge and on the way out. I bought a new new battery, but when fitting noticed a small but noticable spark as I disconnected/disconnected the battery even with the ignition off. Is this condition correct?
I know there is a remote locking system fitted which must take some current, so am I overeacting.
