Another wheel topic - Fitment Nissan Almera wheels

Hi All,

I just remembered that the Nissan Almera had nice wheels.
Did anybody saw a Micra with those wheels?

The thing is, I need another set of wheels for the Micra.
Now we have very small original wheels on our 1.0 Micra and the tires have much profile but don't grip anymore (old)
So now I was searching for a other set of wheels, I think the best size for the Micra is 185/55/14 because by law we can only change tiresize with 2% tollerance of the original size.
I used the search engine and found a lot of seperate questions about this topic, but isn't it possible to create a sticky with pictures of Micras and the tiresize + ET value with it?

I found this set of wheels, but it's ET38, I think it needs to be +35 to fit nice no?

Thanks!

I got them from eBay. I just had to have the tyres from my steelies swapped to them. I then resold the tyres that came with them as they were too big. It's lowered 35mm.

Ok, I found some in the neighbourhood for +-€100 (£80) for 4 wheels without tires.
But my Micra is not lowerd and doesn't have skirts....
We will see, thanks mate!

I sprayed the Almera wheels that I bought. Like you can see, after a big wash the wheels where okay but because of the "lead weight" (how to align the wheels, how is it called in English?) there was oxidation on 1 wheel (the one at the back)

So I used a sand sponge to rub them up, then primer then wheel spray and they look perfect now!
If you want to do this, to be sure you need 2 cans of each, so for +-£25-30 and patience you have nice looking wheels!

Ow yeah, we also polished the bolts ofcourse before we used them!

So you first you put the old bolt, that you will use as a contra-bolt.
Then you bolt on the other bolt that you want to polish and you turn them together. Ideal mount!
