Alto springs Lowering guide

Hello, first of all sorry for posting yet another lowering thread. The official lowering guide seems to have disappeared and there is a lot of confusing information on lowering with Alto springs.

From my understanding, you can lower your car by 50mm all round by using Suzuki alto lowering springs on all four corners. Corsa B shocks are needed on the rear because the standard ones will bottom out.

What I am not sure about: I don't know which year alto springs will fit. I am fairly sure the pre-2003 ones will, the ones that look like this:

But not sure about the 2003-2005 model:

Also from what I gather it looks like you need to grind down the bushings on the bottom of the corsa B shocks about 1mm until they are flush like the k11 ones. I have also read that you need 2 m10 bolts and nuts, the same length as the standard k11 ones (about 60mm).

Will these fit? and can anyone clear up some of the above confusion? I want to turn this into a sort of informative guide so I will post pictures if I decide to go with this set up.

I literally just did the corsa rear shocks. Grind the metal tube at the bottom either side till it's flush with the rubber bush. Use 10mm bolt on the bottom. Reuse micra hardware for the bushes at the top but use the corsa top nut. Job done.

Stock setup or With alto springs? Is the ride stiffer i mean cornering wise
