They should do, however if you want to make sure. You can always check guides like this one i have linked below.
Edit - Sometimes the off set will be different depending on the type of wheels you choose.
The centre bore may also be different and can cause a wheel not to fit on the hub ect.
Usually this is more common with aftermarket wheels.

I think you'll find all k13 micra wheels are swapable without issue.
Also the standard e12 Note 15" alloys fit, and they are a little bit wider - with no issues - I use the wider ones for summer use, and the original Micra 15" ones with winter tyres (165/65/15).
IMO the Note ones being slightly wider by 5mm offset look better, a slightly wider stance.
I stuck with 15" dia wheels as do not want the worse ride comfort with 16" / lower profile tyres, which also make the brakes look rather weedy and lost!
