99 front bumper removal?

Hey.

Thinking about taking the front bumper off to fit my laguna splitter. Is it a hard job to remove it or would I be better off doing it on the car?

I would leave the bumper on the Car, I had to my super s bumper most the bolts are easy to get too. but there's two behind the drivers headlight that are impossible to get too, usually you have to remove the headlight to gain access.
