195 50 15's

yes, i have them. well mine are 195,45,15 but it shouldn't make much difference. my front wheels grind a little bit when im steering hard over, but no real problems. the only trouble i have is when i have people in the back the back wheels grind on the arches over bumps (might be because shocks are going, it is a very old car)
i would recormend getting stiffer springs, thats all.

i had 205/50/15 on mine and mine scrapped everytime i went over a hard bump or had ppl in my car and it was lowered by 35mm. now i have 195/45/15 lowered 35mm and absolutly NO scrubbing etc. thought that might help

bore?

Ive been lookin at alloys on ebay but the cars they were off are as follows will they fit?

Make - Vauxhall Model - Corsa 96> Year - 96> PCD - 4x100 Offset - 37 to 45 Bore - 56.6

Make - Volkswagen Model - Golf Mk1 Year - 76 to 98 PCD - 4x100 Offset - 35 to 40 Bore - 57.1

the micra ones are

Make - Nissan Model - Micra Year - 89 to 03 PCD - 4x100 Offset - 35 to 45 Bore - 59.1 for reference

No, the bore needs to be 59.1 or bigger, too big and you need spigot rings, Renault wheels fit fine, don't know about other cars.

TSW APEX-R Alloy Wheels 15" On Yoko A539's

Ive just bought these, they were off a clio for £100. Is that a good price?

Sounds like you got a good deal there, personally I would have got them down to 75 but they will be worth 100 when you have done a refurb on the kerbed one.

If you don't know what you are doing go to a crash repair place, they do good prices (the place I worked at did £60 a wheel.

But shop around you may find a good deal.

wat do i need to do it myself?

I just bought a spare 195 45 15 will it effect it if i put it on with 50s until i can afford to replace them with 45s?

yes, it'll make it illegal if you put different sizes on the same axle, you could have two 45's on the front and 50's on the rear, but not a 45 and a 50 on the front or rear together. if you get what i mean.

Yeah I get you so 2 45s on the front will stop the catching and 2 50s on the back will be perfectly fine?

I so badly would love a set of them! Being 4x100 ET35 they'd fit right? 4 toyo 195/45/15's for an extra £60 too! So, lowered -35mm or -40mm woul dthey fit alright?

I shall have my 50's in a few hours, my car is gonna look a lot sweeter than with steelies.

Got the alloys today, god damnit I didnt realise I needed a fitting kit, halfords have charged me £50 for one. grrr.

What exactly is in a fitting kit?
