17inch Alloys Fit

Hi, ive been wanting some 17's for my micra for a long time now and im gonna have some for Jae not sayin wich ones yet as im still decidin but before i went and threw £600 at them id better make sure they fit. So i asked a friend if i could borrow his wheels from a Corsa C so we wacked them on and a took it for a spin around the block, Loads more grip but less speed ofcourse haha. I took it over speed humps and cobbly roads and no scrubbing even tho ive had it lowerd bt 35mm, the only time it scrubbs is on full lock but if you let it off a little bit its fine so im happy and saving up see what you think?

imo needs bodystyling, even with lowering 17's just look too big on a K11.

Adding side skirts, possible splitters or new lower bumpers makes them look much better, i.e 17's on Ollie's K11 look right.

Hehe thanks all, well yeah i do agree they look abit to big (like a tonka toy) but i love it like that, ive allready got a Astra front splitter but it doesnt stand out much, maybe a bigger one and one on the back might make it look better. Well them wheels he will be sellin for about £200 but there curbed Alot and he wont be selling them till August time an i want some now.

Square pants its wierd, 1st gear seems to go for ages now but i only went around buxton not on a bypass so i couldnt see what speed was like lol im not to botherd about speed anyway now, i got a speedin ticket last month so i drive like a old granny now anyway

you'll probably lose about 15-20mph off your top speed with a 1 litre, I lost about 10mph off my 1.3 with 15's
