Not mine - im certainly not brave enough yet but I found a tutorial - its on a nissan note but it is the same engine:

Cheers Daren, just watched it on my phone. That makes it look surprisingly simple. Only thing that puts me off is the guy at Nissan told me it needs a new manifold gasket when refitting. Mind you, service manual says not to use 3 of the bolts removed when changing a front damper but I suspect i'm going to any way .

I suppose it makes sense to fit a new gasket, no mention of torque settings either but it does make it seem pretty straight forward.

I can't remember if I have done one of not but I'd imagine it's not that hard and I doubt very much you will need new gaskets but while it's off I guess you may as well swop them as there only cheap
6.5x55 you've got quite a list of jobs on your car building up lol

Just had a look in the manual and the torque settings are there and it does say replace the gasket:doh: 6.5x55 has to do it - just for adding the tutorial to his website!!
