According to the manual they do. The ESP uses a Brake LSD, are the words.

I'm not sure if a brake LSD is the same as a normal LSD? I guess and LSD is an LSD though. Happy days!!!!!
Its a virtual LSD. Its part of the traction control system. If the left wheel slips the computer applies brake to that wheel which then naturally sends the power to the other wheel.
Pathfinder has it as well. Its a great way to cut costs but its a pretty dodgey system in that it wouldnt take them much more at all to put in a full traction control system which would win them much more praise from saftey authorities. As it is the big 4x4 magazines here in Aus are laughing at the Pathy's whimpy excuse for an LSD.

esp on for normal driving as it helps during a swerve etc, track use off as it slows you down

yeah i siad before on long sweepers its great but it tight twisty roads it crap ..so i now turn it of and it stays off all of the time
