15 inch alloys scrape

So I put my 15" oz alloys on today which have 195/45/15 tyres on!

Only thing is with more than 3 people they scrape over a bump!, any ideas on how to solve this?

Would lowering the car 30mm fix this because these are stiffer?

Any ideas would be helpful?, thanks...

How low is your car now? I had 15's with 195/45's and 195/50's on them and they never scraped, and mine was dropped 35mm

It'll be the panhard rod, I had the same thing, when the car is lowered by people in it the axle becomes offset and wheels catch. You could maybe lower by 30mm then get some offset bushes from frank to solve it? Depends on the wheel offset too though.

I'm about -80mm on 195/45/15s, regularly drive with the missus in the passenger seat and never scrape along bumps. There's some hench speedbumps around our parts too!

Only advice I can offer is to take speedbumps slowly when the car's full and approach them at an angle. This did the trick when my car was in super low mode.
