1.4 or 1.6 engine swap

I cant really seem to find a decent enough guide on the Ga16 or 1.4 engine swaps.

I know the Cg13 is a direct swap and would gladly pay sum1 to fit it.....but if i can get a extra bit of horses for not much more doe then i would prefer a 1.4 or 1.6

I know i love my cg10de engies but i do alot of driving now due to work and think i could really do with a slightly bigger engine.


Is the Ga16 engine a easier swap to do then a sr20de...i know it will need drivetrain sorting anyway and mounts but i still want to keep cost down on fuel.

OR The 1.4 engine (from the almera) same question again.:blues:

yeah but ebay is all out of cga engines

Interesting link aswell dude thanks......it says the 1.4 is a waste of time and the 1.3 is cheaper and more affective option.

ahh poo, well what about the ga16? martin (micras69) said he can knock up kits for a conversion if interested.

just to let folks know im now able to get full custom shafts for the GA16 or SR20 to go in the k11
