1.0 Turbo with CGA3 1.4 Cams - Lack of power!

Evening all, I am completely new to this forum but it feels like i've been reading non stop for the past few weeks on it. Its come to the point where i need to ask my own question.

I have put a GT2860 (T25) turbo with a custom home made manifold and exhaust (currently only 1.5in because that's all i had kicking around). The turbo spools up admittedly the turbo is a little big at it only spools up around 4/5k RPM (my guess, it has no RPM gauge) and does get up to 6 PSI in boost but it hits the rev limiter pretty soon after it reaches full boost.

I decided to try and find some 1.4 K11 CGA3 cams to fit it. The cams arrived and have the codes:

Intake ; C2 LYDA2 13 001 5F040
Exhaust ; C2 LYDA4 13 001 5F040

Firstly, are these actually CGA3 cams or have i been lied to? The inlet cam that came out of my 1.0L has the following code:

Intake ; C2 FMC B2 13 001 5F140

I swapped the inlet cam and there hasn't really been any noticeable difference. My 0-60 is 12.5s at best (more like 13.3...) and I want it lower! Everything else is pretty much stock! The timing seems right, initially i had it one tooth retarded and it ran horribly, so i just corrected it and runs better but no power increase (at least not noticeable)!

the cams will have 2mm more lift jerome (to verify them) but wont make much difference
and thats a big 300hp turbo ! a bigger exh will help, as will a 9k rev limiter

i think mark at tornado systems is your only option on the rev limiter jerome
i had a big td05 on a 1.3 which did,nt kick in till 5k, and the exh system size made quite a difference

Have you heard anyone speeduino before? especially on a K11? What did the TD05 spool at with a big exhaust?

i think the facebook page were talking about speeduino a few days ago
