1.0 to 160SR engine swap

If I was to swap a 1.0 for a 160SR engine from a Micra K12, would everything be directly compatible? This includes the ECU and the engine setup with the gearbox and wiring loom. Also, the engine is advertised as not having a throttle body, so would this mean buying a new throttle body or re-using the current throttle body? Because the prices for a new throttle body are in the £700 range ....

The 1.6 in the SR is not from the CR family of engines.... you'd be lucky if some of the accessories ( starter alternator etc. ) bolted up but the the ECU and wiring thats a whole different casino... i wouldn't gamble there but that's just my $0.02

Sam's right, 160SR deffo has lower/stiffer suspension although I think dampers are the same. Engine code for the 160SR is HR16DE so mount's may not meet up. Don't think brakes are any different (sizewise at least). Basically if you can find a right-off that's been hit from the back and get the engine/box/ECU and drive shafts (and maybe the steering rack) you might be ok. Would make a great sleeper though ;).
