1.0 to 1.3 Conversion Question

Sorry to post another thread about this topic but I am struggling to find the answer to this question. I am currently swapping a 1.3 into my pre face k11 that has a NATS ecu with the red chip if I remember correctly. The breaker I got the engine from said that I might have to swap the 1.0 fuel rail or to the 1.3 to get it to run. The 1.3 is in the car now and cranks over but doesn't fire. The battery was flat however when jump starting it failed to fire still. Has anyone heard of having to swap the fuel rail in the conversion before?
 
fuel pipes wrong way round maybe ? have you tried a drop of petrol down the t/b ?
Cheers Frank turned out that the fuel pipes were the wrong way around. It fired straight up with them swapped. I just have a battery charge light to sort now that has appeared since fitting the new engine.
