Hi all My micra blew up and I've been offered a cga3 and a cg10 I'd prefer the cga3 but I want to run it on megasquirt. The engine is auto My question is regarding the crank posistion sensor. Do I need a gearbox to go with the engine. An I just use my cg13 gearbag?

That does the 2mm grind off of the base circle diameter, that allows the use of 2 shims per bucket. Frank uses them, I just cannot remember the name. Autosprint or super sprint or something similar I think. Alternatively can people tell me they're preferred grinds, application and machinist...

on bright side the clutch appears to have almost completely stopped slipping woot-

just cannot figure out whether or not this new engine setup is quicker than the old. Can a heavy ass flywheel and clutch with longer ratio gears really have the feel that its cancelled out the fact i have ported head, cams, more compression and less vacuum leaks lol. i guess so :( so my engine...

Nothing rwd just yet but after all this time, the micra has an mot, tax and is insured yay well i say no rwd, but this is my drifty toy vvvvv Its 255hp on a td04l turbo with megasquirt :D

its ok, i walked out of the job. Too many hours, not enough money, alot of the time iam working for less than minimum wage. Id like to get the micra on the road for japfest, just needs mot. Iam unsure whether itll pass emissions as it is, but worth a try. I may look into making a few rwd k10...

Iam now unemployed. My engine is smoking a fair bit. Maybe the rwd conversion might be on the cards again soon :)

I have cams and a few other mods, i find that i was always hitting the limiter in the past :/

Ill try removing the tape inside my dizzy and try again. :) My only issue with that is that ill have a 7k rev limit :/ And then ill need an aftermarket ecu. I may as well fit the itbs and megasquirt and then sell the beeR The megasquirt has a limiter and launch control anyway :) Unless...

Yeah it is correct. But I have a cg conversion in my k10 so maybe it something to do with my conversion loom. I tried my old bee r on it a few years ago and melted it messing about lol. I kinda got it too work back then, but didn't have rev limiter delete mod :/
