Fitted bonnet lifters today, as the bonnet stay bar was rubbing on boost pipe.

Heat gun mate ;) wash off all the dirt then use a heat gun on the plastic. It will release all the oils out of the faded plastic.

Ready to do some damage :)

Intercooler mounted on the cross member nicely... bumper mods required. I didn't want the intercooler stuck out of the front, not much choice. Oh well :) Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Pulsar oil pump on, new pickup arrived today so the sump is back on and sealed. Oil relocation kit filter final position sorted, had to make a new bracket as the fittings are pretty large. Intercooler now mounted to new cross member. Now need to cut the oil lines to length, mount oil cooler...

Soon sorted :) Tap the block Slapped this on... Intercooler, pipe work and rad to go on, oil cooler and exhaust :)

Something is jamming the flap that is adjusted by the dial, you can get in there through the bottom by the ecu. If you cannot go hot its jammed dial side, if you cannot go cold its jammed behind the flap firewall side. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Good fun tbh, I started with cutting lengths - to many loose ends. I did the lot in one continuous 9meter piece. Was tricky as there are parts you cannot get to... oh, wear gloves and old clothes... lesson learned. I now have itchy hands :) Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
