Was replacing the plugs and found them all very black. One even had a bit of oil in the gap between the threads and the part that sparks. Ordered a gasket for the valve cover. Also was thinking about playing around with the fuel mixture.

Yeah the connectors on mine look the same - same number of wires and colour of wires. Is that the only difference that matters between the EGR carb and the other one?

Well it says tail lights on one of the fuses, but that is along with the brake lights which still work so I assumed that wasn't the right fuse. I will go double check to make sure none of the fuses are blown. Thanks for your help.
