    Ignition timing?

    When I did the head gasket on my K11, I just put the distributor back in the same position it came from. Do I need to check the ignition timing or will the ecu cope with a tiny amount of misalignment?

    Clio Wheels?

    I have the chance of some aftermarket wheels that were on a Clio. I know the PCD is the same, but will the centre hole match? Anyone know?

    Thermostat temperature

    What is the operating temp of the thermostat in the K11? I'm sure sure it's meant to be 88 Degrees. Most of the car shops round here dish out an 82 degree one when you ask for a replacement. Does anyone have the correct Nissan spec for the thermostat?

    K11 Idle speed

    My K11 seems to judder a lot when idling, which makes me think that the idle speed is too low. Should the idle speed be controlled by the ECU via an idle control valve? Or do I have to set it using the throttle stop screw?

    K11 CG10 Overheating

    My K11 keeps spitting out all its coolant when hot. I'm assuming it either has lots of air in the system which expands when hot, forcing out the coolant, or the head gasket has gone. It's done 179,000 miles by the way. Is this a common problem? How hard is it to do the head gasket? Do I need...
