What is the best engine oil for a K2 X-registered Micra with 73,000 miles on the clock. Being using Castrol GTX 15w/40 for high milage cars and changed it again today. Found small amount of metal filings in oil. Anyone got an ideas if this is the wrong oil I'm using? Cheers.

Can anyone tell me where abouts the gearbox oil plug is located on the year 2000 1.0 litre Micra Sport. I am certain there is a plug but where is it?
