    fitting a new throttle body

You measure this value on the middle wire on the TPS connector. Warm engine 0.5V like Bagas told is ok. You loosen the 2 scrwes a little and turn the TPS until you get the right value on the meter display. You have to do this engine off, but the key on the ignition switshed. Also connector...

    773 cams in a original CG13DE

The thing you say about the a/f. I have an Innovate a/f wideband telling me the car runs between 12,5 and 13,5 FT. This all the way up to high rev's. I have got e-manage blue installed, so it's possible to put GA16 injectors inside. The problem with remapping is, in Holland there is nobody...

    773 cams in a original CG13DE

If I go further with these original cams, I have a pair of 773 cams spare. Is there any change I can sell these cams? They do need more compression to work fine I have found out. gr Chrismo

    773 cams in a original CG13DE

I just switched the 773 exhaustcam for the original. The car idles much better now, and it even feels as there is more power. Perhaps 773 cams won't give any gain inside a normal engine. And perhaps original cams give even more. Soon I will also put the original intakecam in, and see what...

    773 cams in a original CG13DE

Standard injectors can go to around 120 hp I've heard. So the injectors can not cause this problem. A remapped ecu without extra compression-raise will be a bet too much I think. gr Chrismo

    773 cams in a original CG13DE

A vid up? Sorry but I don't know what you mean. And Yes, the cams are on time, this is 100% sure. I already posted a picture on the request of Frank, and it looks fine. It could be these cams NEED higher compression to make performance. Perhaps I can try to only fit the 773 intake, and put the...

    773 cams in a original CG13DE

I have the 773 cams inside my CG13DE engine. The engine is nog running ok. Not always, but when it does it has now power at all and de a/f tells it's running at 18:1, very lean! The things I did: -new throttlebody/maf -new ignitionunit including all cables and sparkplugs -fuel-pressure...

Help needed......too less power, and stall sometimes

Yesterday got myself a new tb. Car is running fine now! Realy great. Unfortunately a new tb isn't cheap, but it's worth every euro! Now another "problem", the basic idle is too low. The engine runs at 550-600 rpm and in combination with the 773 cams, this is not running nice! I did turn the...

Help needed......too less power, and stall sometimes

Damn damn......I had another tb, out of an older K11 type (never knew there was any difference between them), and solded the maf-sensor out of that one into mine. Unfortunately mine broke getting it off. So I HAD to place that other one. Seems they are optical not the same, also inside there are...

Help needed......too less power, and stall sometimes

Don't think so. There is a sort of "eye" detecting the metal, or no metal parts. Don't think this has any effect. What about the cams Frank? They look a lot bigger than the ones you posted ;-) But timing is not my problem though. Is there perhaps anybody who has the 773 cams too? gr Chrismo

Help needed......too less power, and stall sometimes

When looking better, I see the intake looking slightly different than yours, but never 1 tooth of the camgear. Chrismo

Help needed......too less power, and stall sometimes

Will do Frank.... Ow and the limiter put back, well that won't be possible, I have to get another one. Because the disk is not able to be changed back into original shape. Chrismo

Help needed......too less power, and stall sometimes

This is all ok. The problem is not always here......wrong timing would always be wrong. Valve clearence checked 7 wheeks ago during the 773 modification. All exactly ok. One thing more: I did a rev-limiter-removal by cutting the little peace of metal between the slot and hole on the metal disk...

Help needed......too less power, and stall sometimes

You read my mind........just dit the change. Result: no difference. It's like the engine runs worse every minute! Damn, I have to work tomorrow and need the car. My friend who's a mechanic tells me to change the cams to original. I told him this could NEVER be the reason for the engine to...

If you only knew. I spend TOO many hours making this car run ok already......

Help needed......too less power, and stall sometimes

Today I'll connect my laptop on the e-manage and go out for a ride. I guess if the maf sensor is not ok, this should be noticable on the readings the laptop gives in real-time modes. At the point the car starts to stall, perhaps the voltage gives strange variations on the laptop? It's worth a...

Help needed......too less power, and stall sometimes

Help needed on my K11 CG13DE : too less power, and stall sometimes After the ideas of doing a remap/nistune, I first wanted the car to run okay with the standard ecu. Unfortunately I must say I'm realy NOT impressed about the power my engine produces right now. There is a bridge over the...
