i believe it would be to build up a bit of momentum, then 3rd (D) would have been when the graph was made.

I believe the ST has a more viscous differential that the regular k10, Also the gear ratios may be different, they are probably interchangeable. i'm sure someone who knows will answer soon :)

People will be wondering how you managed to fit a V8 into such a small car hahah That happened to my k10, was tempted to just leave it but it was just tooo loud :P

Put a Ma10 in it haha i Reckon a Sierra Cosworth Engine would fit nicely tbh :P

The whine is beginning to dull, although i am relieved, i'm also worried that it's a "calm before the storm" situation. unless the good old k10 heard me talking about bluebirds again and decided to fix itself like it has done on so many occasions haha

The oil level was low, after topping up the gear change was alot smoother, but noise remained. the gearbox has always made this noise in 1st, but recently it suddenly spread to all the 4 gears lol

input shaft bearing? the gears engage and run smoothly, but there is a loud whine which changes with speed/revs, when in neutral if i let the clutch out a loud rumble can be heard, this also changes with engine revs, when changing down gear i can hear the gear spinning up before i let...

Couldnt you even put 1.3 internals into a 1.0 block?

my k10 did this for aweek or so, was really sudden, then just as quickly as it came it went, am i right in saying the standard hitachi carb is twin choke, cos if it is i think it has something to do with the second one ( when you push the pedal past about 3/4). the difference felt like a turbo...

£1500 is ALOT at 21 im paying £604 on my k10 1.0ltr and im 18 with 1 years ncb yeah just take log book (v5) and certificate of insurance and a MOT in to a post office and buy it over the counter. not sure if you can use a cover note, im sure you probably can
