Hi, first post here so hope I don't break any etiquette rules :-) My friend has a 2011 with Connect Nav, and has the pin issue after a battery swap. Can we get the serial from the display (after inputting the wrong pin 3 times or something) or do we have to find the sticker on the back? cheers
