Ha ha ha ha. Superb bodge! I do believe the older we get the better the bodges.;) You do realise that it will eventually blow harder than Pamela Anderson. My catalytic converter is clamped up with paste, it's gradually rotting away between to new exhaust pipes either side.:rolleyes::)

Sold my wheels and new tyres yesterday. Made a loss. Hay ho. The chain tensioner bearing is making a whirring sound. Goes off when it's fully warm. I'm leaving it alone. Had the alternator off, belts and pully. Started it up. Still doing it so it's definitely that.

Just removed a troublesome set of 15" wheels that ruined a decent pair of rear shocks and also had fitted some new standard springs. Bought some another set and put my 13's back on. Problem is it looks really high up still. Should it be that high...4 1/2"s above the tyre, rear arch?
