Just so you know it’s possible to fit an sr20 without chopping the leg, here is my version of the gearbox side mount.

Love the build, Anychance you've got some pictures of the linkage, what linkage did you use? And what's your plan with driveshafts?

Ignore the bright almera wheel that was just to get it rolling, I also got the factory splitter!!

Loving the build! also that steering wheel is a factory mk1 mx5 wheel, my mate has one on his mx5 and has never been able to find another so assuming they are fairly rare

I run Cbr 600 carbs on a custom inlet manifold along with a 4 branch mani along with some other bits, the manifold is by far the biggest restriction on the MA engines so id sort an exhaust before yo look at carbs

Yeah it was a massive improvement to standard and for the cost was definitely worth it, pm me if you want to know more. I am now getting another k10 to track and I'm going to speak to either BC or Tein or someone about making a nice fully adjustable set to fit

My 1988 k10, bought with a 1.0 completely standard, saved it from being an autograss car. Now is a tuned MA12 with bikecarbs

I'm on modified polo coilovers on the rear and they are perfectly safe and make a massive handling difference, got some corsa coilovers to test fit in the front this week will let you know how it goes
