Have you checked the wires/connectors on the horn itself? The horn on our micra didn't work, replaced the fuse (still didn't work) and listened for the relay 'click' sound when pressing the horn, which it did so knew the relay was ok. Checked the horn itself/wires, noticed the wires had snapped...

Update! So it was caused by the passenger side brake bulb being of the wrong fitment! Halfords' fault! I had replaced a while back the top brake bulb in the rear window, the flip chart in Halfords stated that the central brake bulb was the same as the side ones (382), so I had that one new bulb...
