I have changed the number plate light on my K11, but they are still not working. Also the rear windscreen wiper is not working, are the two connected, i.e, wiring runs through the same place etc. Would appreciate any any ideas as I thought the number plate lights would be an easy fix.

Spoke to the person who owned the car before me, spark plugs are between 5 and 6 years old, so treated micra to a new set. Removed old ones, set gap on plugs, checked spark and installed them. Starts first time now, thanks for your advice.

My v reg K11 failed its mot , one of the reasons being, that the parking brake efficiency was below requirements. (i.e wouldn't hold on a slight incline unless pulled right up the top.) Rear brakes were being replaced, so the handbrake was adjusted. re tested, and parking brake still failed...
