I don't know whats happened but non of my dash warning lights work e.g. petrol light, airbag light, handbrake light etc. The speedo lights up when I turn on the lights its just the warning lights that don't work. Tried changing the bulb but still not working. Any advice?

I have bought my first Nissan micra k11 1.0 Passion on an 'R' reg. This is the beginning of a long road ahead, it'll have bends, up hills, down hills and bumps. but itll be worth it in the end. Will post a picture later on tonight! :)
